Week 1

Well I have finished week 1. It was smooth sailing the first part. The latter part was a little more challenging. We had two birthday parties for Nolan. So lots of cake and treats. But I was pretty good, only having a small bit.

I did have several victories though. Starting with Tuesday. My sister had her lil baby girl, and so I was at the hospital all day. I ate my lunch there and felt good about my choices. I asked for turkey on whole wheat, no dressing- with a side salad and fat free dressing. Also my sandwhich came with chips, which I did not touch. :)

I made it thru the bday party without going over board. So I felt good about that. And Monday, the boys got donut holes for breakfast- And the whole container of them sat in my car with me all day. The jelly filled ones were calling my name. I kept glaring at them. I made up a hundred excuses of why I should have one, WHY I DESERVED to eat one or two. But in the end I did not EVER touch them. :) YAY ME! lol

So Monday I weighed in--- I lost 4 pounds! So this week my goal is to track my points even better- and to start walking.
