Alright, so tonight is the end of my 4th week since starting Weight Watchers. Secretly I am hoping for a 2.6 weight loss. But I know that is a lot, and dont want to set myself up for disappointment. I feel I did well this week, but always room for improvement. Tonight I will have my husband help me measure myself and update pics too. I would like to do this every 4 weeks.
If I lost the 2.6 I will be down officially 10 pounds. Either way I know I have done a great job so far... even if it isnt until next meeting that I get that 10 lb star.
