So I just found out that my favorite sandwhich at Jimmy Johns is 20 points on Weight Watchers. HOLY MOTHER OF GOD! And whats crazy is its JUST smoked turkey breast, smoked ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato and Hellmann's mayonnaise on french bread! Good thing I seen this before I ever decided to eat it.
Actually I was forwarded a very cool website http://www.dietfacts.com/fastfood.asp. It has all sorts of restaraunts' nutrition values. Very helpful tool.
So its Thursday evening. I have made it thru half the week, and I am doing AWESOME! I feel pretty good too! I have been getting my water in every day, and havent exceeded my daily points. The last 2 days I even got out and walked a bit. Very proud of that.
I am hoping that the rest of the week I can hold out.... I am having people over tomorrow night- and I really do not want to go overboard, as parties can have so many temptations!!!
I can do this!!!
