The NEW 6 week challenge

Well Day 2 still was not a whole lot better. What is wrong with me? Grr... I seem to be really weak by the end of the day. I have noticed that I am not really eating a good breakfast lately, so maybe that is the problem?

I ate 31 points today-- I get 25 pts.... so boo to that. haha

Wierd tho, as I am now using sparkpeople.com as well, I have noticed that my calories, fat, and protien goals are all met and within my recommended guidelines.

1097 calories, 127 carbs, 40 fat, and 70 protien.


I think today would be a good day to get to jogging again!!! Endorphins baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) Wish me luck of day 3!

Well its sad but REAL...... My first day wasn't very good. I still caved in to my emotions yet again....

I ate over 1900 calories and 77 g of fat....

Breakfast and lunch went well.... I over ate my some what healthy dinner... and at the movies I had twizzlers and cheese popcorn.....

Ok..... Here's to day 2! ;)
