So far this week so good.... Usually directly following my weigh in, I will eat out at one of my favorite resteraunts. This week when I got home, I made a delicious dinner for myself and the family. I cooked whole wheat pasta- and baked chicken breast in the oven. When they were close to being done, I pulled them out and wrapped a 1 point WW string cheese around them using a toothpick. I got this idea from someone on my facebook WW page. When the chicken was done, and cheese melted- I cut them up and placed it over the pasta, and added a couple tablespoons of marinara sauce. It was very good!
I had gotten my jogging in before the meeting on Monday, and took the day off yesterday from exercise. Last night I made chicken fajitas at home- and they were totally delish!!
Tonight I havent prepared anything! I am too busy preparing for the float trip this weekend! I want to make sure that I have everything I need to be successful this weekend! I only need to lose 1 pound to be in the 180's and 2.4 lbs to go to hit the BIG 50 lbs gone! AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!
