Aftermath

Well the float trip has come and gone... Now it's Monday. In all honesty I really didnt do so bad. Not with my food intake anyways. I drank way too much all weekend, and felt awful Saturday very early morning. But I quickly recovered, and we drank a lil more on Saturday out on the float- When I got home I weighed myself and had not gained anything. But I was so tired and sore, and maybe a lil sick from the sun- maybe a lil dillusional(LOL) so I ordered beef nachos and pizza from Gem City- The scale was much higher this morning.

But I will move on from here- I enjoyed almost every part of this weekend- and there is no reason to dwell on anything that I did......

So the plan this week is to get back to jogging. It is crazy, the week before last I got out there every single day and walked/jogged-- this past week not at all.... except yesterday morning. As soon as I woke up- I was so tired and slightly sick from my sun burn- but all I could think about was getting out there and hitting the pavement. I have missed it so much all week! There was a lot going on last week and it was hard to make time to get out there... Excuses, Excuses. ;)

Other than getting my exercise in again this week- I also want to TRACK TRACK TRACK!!!!!!!! I am so close to 50 lbs I can taste it.
