My food intake.....
I am allowed 25 points a day on WW.....
Breakfast:
Smart Ones Cheesy Scramble and hashbrowns 4 pts
Big container of water
Lunch:
1 Arnold Bun 1pt
5 slices ham 2pts
1 ff cheese slice 1pt
29g of baked chips 2.5pts
1 large orange 1pt

total = 7.5pts
Snack:
1 Kellogg's dark choc almond bar 2pts
Skinny Cow ice cream 2 pts

total = 4pts
Supper:
McDonald's Southwest salad grilled chicken 6 pts
Southwest dressing packet 3 pts
Diet Pepsi 0pt

total 9 pts
I came home from walk in clinic and the boys had a left over chicken nuggett and I ate it--- 1 pt
total for whole day-- 25.5
So I used 1/2 of a weekly allowance point.....
No exercise--- sick with bronchitis, and strep throat.
Not too bad for day one and being sick.

ReplyDeleteThank you Reanne.... Did you do well on the 6 week challenge? I did not get far in mine--- I fell off for a few weeks..... However, about 4 weeks ago, I have pulled it all back together-- AND IT FEELS GREAT!!!!! Thanks for your support!
