Happy New Year!!!!! I think I am so excited about the new year more than I ever have been in the past!! Its really been a rough one on 2009.... Financial burdens and business down a little... But I've already seen improvements everywhere.... and I KNOW that I am truley blessed!!!
So I did reach my next star at Weight Watchers--- I am down 31 pounds now.... I got that pesky 7 pounds I gained off and then some....
However, the holidays quickly approached after making that goal..... And I put back on about 5-6.... Ive dropped a few of those already- and am back close to my 31 down.....
I havent been to Weight Watchers in almost a month now- and am really looking forward to going to a meeting this coming Monday.
I am back on plan and we have a wii now too! So last night, I fired up the MP3 player and walked a mile and a half on the treadmill and then did some balancing exercises on the wii fit.
Also this week I have moved a lot more at work- I have gotten out of the office and helped out a bit in the warehouse... I have to say I am sore, but I feel ON TOP THE WORLD!!!!
