1st goal: To get back under 200.
2nd goal: to get back to my most recent WW low: 190.
3rd goal: My former lowest weight watcher goal: 174.
4th goal: A possible final weight: 160.
Also I met with a dietician, Jen Kamps, from NuFit here in Quincy-- Whom I highly recommend, and we set up a couple of short term goals as well:
1) To eat out only twice for one whole week.
2) No soda. Period.
That was Friday, and this is Monday. While that might not seem like a long time, it is 3 whole days so far plus one meal today. That is 10 meals- of which I would normally have probably eaten out at least 6 of those by now. But I am happy to say I have only eaten out 1 time so far. I really wish I hadn't already, but it's still much better than what it would have been had I not met with her. Unfortunately, I did cave and have a soda with my meal out as well. But that's ok, too. I am not going to dwell. I am still doing awesome..... compared to where I was weeks ago.
I did make it to NuFit to exercise on Saturday morning. I still feel like I am slacking a lot in the "get moving" portion of my life. But again, compared to where I was years ago, I am doing awesome. I could have never seen myself going to a spin class to save my life, if you had asked me just a couple years ago.
All in all, I think I am making better choices- and thats all I really want. However the scale is not reflecting that, which means I still have lots of work to do. It will come, though, this is I am sure.
